Prison / ACTS The ICF prison ministry is solely evangelical in nature and content; and does not engage in lobbying practices, politics, inmate litigation, or Pen-Pal programs. We minister to the incarcerated and chemically dependent, along with their families. It is our firm belief that even the most hardened of criminals, or troubled youth offenders, can be touched and changed forever by the power and love of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ God has called His church to minister to the incarcerated. Through the ICF Prison Ministry, church leaders and laymen can be trained to equip the incarcerated believer for ministry in their environment. Cook Co.
